Gingerbread Brandy Alexander

2 oz Pear Brandy, 1 oz Spiced Ginger Syrup (recipe below), 1 oz Half & Half Garnish: Freshly Grated Nutmeg 


Add Pear Brandy, spiced ginger syrup and half & half to a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake very well. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg.


Spiced Ginger Syrup: 

1tsp nutmeg, 2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped 5 cinnamon sticks, 2 cups brown sugar, 2 cups water 


Bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min. Remove from heat. Strain. Discard solids. Place syrup in a covered container and refrigerate.

Beet It

2 oz Vodka, 1 1/2 oz Beet-Cucumber Syrup, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 2 oz Pineapple Juice, Garnish: Mint


Add vodka, lemon juice, beet cucumber syrup and pineapple juice to highball glass. Stir. Fill glass with ice and garnish with mint.


Beet Cucumber Syrup 3-4 beets peeled, medium sized beets, 1 cucumber, 2 cups Sugar Water


Place beets, cucumber and sugar in medium pot. Add just enough water to cover. Cook over medium heat until beets are semi soft, about 30 min. Remove from heat and strain. Let cool before using and keep refrigerated for 2 weeks.

Orchard Cherry Whiskey

2 oz Stimulus 5yr Whiskey, 2 oz Orchard Cherry Syrup (recipe below), 4 oz Lemonade, 6 Mint Leaves Garnish: Fresh mint & Luxardo Cherry


Add whiskey, cherry syrup, mint and lemonade to a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake well. Strain into highball glass. Top with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and a cherry. 


Cherry Syrup: Yields 2 quarts) 4 cups sugar, 4 cups water, 2 quarts fresh cherries


Boil sugar, water and cherries together for 20 min. Remove from heat and cool for 30 min. Strain, pushing cherries through sieve as much as possible. Discard solids. Place syrup in a covered container and refrigerate.  

Pomegranate Grapefruit Paloma

2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Pomegranate Juice , 1 oz Grapefruit Juice, 1 bar spoon Sugar, Seltzer Water Garnish: Kosher Salt Rim & Grapefruit Wedges


Rim a highball glass with Kosher Salt. Add Sugar, Pomegranate Juice and Grapefruit Juice. Stir. Add Vodka. Add Ice and top off with Seltzer Water. Garnish with grapefruit wedges. (one in the glass, one on the side)

Rhubarb Basil Smash

2 oz Gin, 1 oz Rhubarb Syrup (recipe below), 1 oz lemon juice, 1 bar spoon simple syrup, 6 basil leaves, 3 dashes rhubarb bitters

  

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into rocks glass with sphere ice cube. Garnish with basil leaf.


Rhubarb Syrup:1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 4 cups chopped rhubarb   


Bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 min. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, pushing the rhubarb through as much as possible. Cool and place in a covered container.    

Rob Roy

2 oz Stimulus 5yr Whiskey

3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

3 dashes Orange Bitters

Garnish: Cherry


Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir.

Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Vodka Based

J's Cosmo

2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Cranberry Juice, 1 bar spoon Tangerine Marmalade, Orange wedge garnish  


Add Vodka, cranberry juice, and marmalade to shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange wedge. 

Vodka Collins

2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 1 bar spoon Simple Syrup, Soda Water, Lime wedge garnish  


Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Top off with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge.  

“Rodney Jacques” Greyhound

3 oz Vodka, 5 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice, Lime Wedge garnish


Fill wine glass to line with ice. Add Vodka and grapefruit juice. Squeeze lime wedge and add to drink. Stir. Serve with a straw.   

Promote current deals

2 oz Vodka, 2 oz Raspberry Wine, Lime Wedge Garnish  


Add Vodka and Raspberry wine to shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wedge. 

Chocolate Espresso Martini

2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Espresso, 1/2 oz Cream, 2 bar spoons chocolate syrup


Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into chilled martini glass.  

Bloody Mary

2 oz Vodka, 6 oz Bloody Mix, 3 oz Tomato Juice, Tomato Juice Ice Cubes, Bacon salt rim, Celery, Lemon & lime wedge, and olive skewer garnish  

Rim a pint glass with the bacon salt. 


Add bloody mix, vodka, and tomato juice. Stir well. Add 4-5 tomato juice ice cubes. (Or enough to fill the rest of the glass.) Garnish. 

Gin Based

French 75

1 1/2  oz Gin, 1 bar spoon simple syrup, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, Perry, Lemon Peel Garnish 

 

Add Gin, simple syrup and lemon juice to shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into flute. Top off with Perry.  Garnish with lemon peel. 

Tom "Brady" Collins

2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice, 1 bar spoon Simple Syrup, Soda Water, Lemon wedge garnish  


Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir. Top with Soda water. Garnish with lemon wedge. 

Dirty Martini

3 oz Gin or Vodka, 1/2 oz Olive Juice, Olive Skewer Garnish  


Add Vodka or Gin & olive juice to shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with olive skewer. 

Classic Martini

3 oz Gin or Vodka, 1/2 oz Vidal Blanc, Lemon Peel Garnish  


Add Vodka or Gin & Vidal Blanc to shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel. 

Whiskey Based

Short & Stout

2 oz 5 yr Whiskey, 1 oz Stout Syrup, Orange peel garnish  


Add whiskey & syrup to shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over a sphere ice cube. Garnish with orange peel. (oils released) 

Whiskey Sour

2 oz 5 yr Whiskey, 2 bar spoon simple syrup, 2/3 oz Lemon Juice, Lemon Wedge Garnish  


Add Whiskey, simple syrup and lemon juice to shaker filled with ice. Shake WELL. Strain into rocks glass with sphere ice cube. Garnish with lemon wedge. 

Drunken Pig Manhattan

2 oz Bacon Fat infused Whiskey, 3/4 oz Chrysleton, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, Orange peel and cherry garnish  


Add Whiskey, Chrysleton, and bitters to pint glass filled with ice. Stir well. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with cherry and orange peel. (oils released and edge of glass rubbed with oils.)

Comfort Coffee

2 oz Northern Comfort, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 1 tsp Maple Syrup, Coffee, Whipped Cream  


Squeeze maple syrup into bottom “well” of Irish coffee glass. Add cinnamon stick, Northern Comfort and coffee. Top off with dollop of fresh whipped cream. 

Cherry Brandy Old Fashioned

2 oz Cherry Brandy, 4-5 (good size) dashes Angostura bitters, 2 bar spoons Simple Syrup, Orange peel & cherry garnish


Add simple syrup, bitters and cherry brandy to pint glass filled with ice. Stir with bar spoon.  Add sphere ice cube to rocks glass and strain into glass. Garnish with orange peel and cherry. (oils released)
